About Us
Bare Arms Brewing is Waco’s oldest continuously operating brewery and has been voted #1 by Locals Love Us year over year. We are passionate about craft beer and are always striving for that perfect pint. We honor those that roll up their sleeves, bare arms, work hard, and perfect their craft, thus our name. We offer many flagships that can be found in restaurants, and we feature seasonals, specials, and one-of-a-kinds that can only be found in our taproom. So visit us often to see what’s new.

Our History
In June 2015, Keith Collier and Justin Veach launched Bare Arms Brewing. Bare Arms enjoyed exclusivity as the only brewery in Waco for several years. But others came on the scene, and now Waco enjoys six breweries, all within a mile and a half of each other. In January 2020, Kevin Yackley and Jill King, transplants to Waco, purchased Bare Arms Brewing. Kevin and Jill moved to Waco to open a brewery but instead acquired Bare Arms to keep Waco’s oldest operating brewery legacy alive. Kevin has been brewing since the mid-1980s and his passion for beer permeates through the brewery.
Kevin and Jill have a philosophy that a rising tide lifts all boats, and they wanted to help build the Craft Beer Market in Waco. By acquiring Bare Arms Brewing, the legacy of Waco’s oldest continuously operating brewery was preserved, and the new owners’ philosophy of raising the craft brewing standards continues.
Bare Arms Brewing currently has the largest selection of their own Craft Beers on tap in Waco. They are all brewed on premises in their brewpub located just off the traffic circle. They introduce new beers almost weekly and are proud that they have helped develop and grow the Waco Craft Brewing Scene. In addition they have weekly events so check their Facebook page @barearmsbrewing for what’s going on in the Tap Room.
